• What is the difference between refinishing, resurfacing and reglazing?

        All 3 words have the same meaning in the refinishing business.

• How long will the new, refinished surface last?

        With the proper care and cleaning up to 10 years.

• How long does it take to complete the refinishing process?

        About 3-5 hours.

• What types of surfaces do you refinish?

        Cast Iron, Ceramic Tile, Cultured Marble, Fiberglass, Formica, Porcelain and other surfaces.

• Can you change the current color of my tub? What colors are available?

        Yes you can refinish in any color. Our stock colors are: White, Almond and Bone. Other colors are available for         an additional $65.00.  

• How soon can I use my tub after it is refinished?

        24 hours 

• What if I see/feel small particles after the tub/tile has been refinished?

        Surface dust is very common and almost unavoidable- there is dust present in every room. This is normal.

        DO NOT try to pick at it for any reason, you will chip the finish.

        Most surface dust will wash off or fall off in time with normal cleaning and usage.

        Do not be alarmed by surface dust. Your refinished surface will be smooth with time.

• Are you able to fix chips and cracks in my tub or tile?

        Small chips and cracks are included in the refinishing price.

        Depending on the severity of the crack or chip, there may be an additional charge for larger repairs. 

• Can my tub be refinished if it has been refinished previously?

        Yes. The previous refinished surface would have to be stripped. There is an additional fee for this service. 

• Is there a warranty?

        5 year residential warranty. 1 year warranty on commercial, appartments or rental property.

        We do not warranty sinks that have been refinished.
